Warranty Registration:
The Warranty Registration Section above must be completed, signed, and returned to STINGRAY within fifteen (15) days of date of purchase (as required by federal law) to receive WARRANTY COVERAGE. Date of purchase is defined to be the earlier of: (1) the date of sale to the original retail purchaser, or; (2) the date first registered with the state or engine manufacturer.

DISCLAIMER OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES:
ALL INCIDENTAL AND CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARE EXCLUDED FROM THIS WARRANTY. EXCEPT AS SET FORTH HEREIN, THERE ARE NO OTHER WARRANTIES EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE ARE EXCLUDED. TO THE EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW, THE DURATION OF ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE ARE LIMITED TO THE DURATION OF THIS LIMITED WARRANTY.

STINGRAY LIMITED WARRANTY:
Stingray Powerboats (hereinafter "STINGRAY") warrants to the original retail purchaser that, when purchased from an authorized STINGRAY dealer:
  (A) Each boat will remain free from defects in factory material and workmanship for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of sale or twenty four (24) months from the date of original manufacture whichever is less.
  (B) The hull will remain free from structural defects in factory material and workmanship for a period of FIVE YEARS (sixty (60) months from date of sale or (72) months from date of manufacture whichever is less. In no event shall the duration of any implied or express limited hull warranties provided herein exceed (72) months from the date manufacture).

THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT APPLY TO:
Gradual reduction in operating performance due to normal wear and tear. Any part covered for any time period by either an insurance policy or a component manufacturer's warranty. A defect of any component part covered by a separate manufacturer's warranty. Any part failure caused by insufficient lubricants failure to service as recommended, fuel contamination, commercial use, competitive driving or racing. Loss or damage which is a result of an accident, collision, theft, fire, freezing, vandalism, riot, explosion, lightning, earthquakes, windstorm, hail, water, rot, flood, neglect or abuse. Any part which has been altered or modified in any way from original factory specifications or any damage as a result thereof. Damage resulting from electrolysis or corrosion of any nature from any source. Hull damage resulting from improper trailer setup or collision. Windshield breakage or leakage, powertrain failure, gelcoat or paint, fading, peeling, cracking, osmosis (blistering) or light bulb failure. Any failure resulting from improper predelivery or damage to interior or exterior components from maintenance and/or cleaning supplies used by dealer or consumer. Tear down and repair costs if it is established that the part or parts thought to be defective are not defective are not covered by warranty.

UNDER THIS WARRANTY
STINGRAY's obligation is limited, at STINGRAY's option, to repairing or replacing those covered components deemed by STINGRAY to be defective within the warranty period because of faulty materials or workmanship. No claim for breach of this warranty will cause the sale of the boat to be canceled or rescinded. STINGRAY may provide for the repair or replacement of a covered component at the STINGRAY dealership or service center. STINGRAY may make necessary repairs under this warranty at the STINGRAY factory. Return transportation of any kind is to be paid for by the owner. The liability of STINGRAY shall in no event exceed the actual cash (NADA) value of the covered item at time of claim. Owner's registration card shall be presented to the dealer whenever owner requests service. This warranty is limited expressly to the terms and conditions herein set forth and cannot be modified or amended except by written agreement between STINGRAY and owner. STINGRAY reserves the right to improve its products and does not guarantee the availability of all product features and options as displayed in STINGRAY literature. STINGRAY further reserves the right to change specifications and prices without obligation to incorporate improvements in boats manufactured prior to such improvements. If a covered component should become defective within the warranty period, advance authorization by STINGRAY shall be necessary before any covered component is replaced or any defect is corrected; otherwise, STINGRAY shall not be liable for the expense of the replacement or correction.

Owner agrees throughout the full term of this warranty to follow the Service Guide as set forth in the Owner's Manual. Receipts showing dates and services performed must be kept and furnished to dealer if requested by STINGRAY for warranty approval. Owner shall pay the first twenty-five ($25.00) Dollars of any warranty service. Fee for Service to be performed by a subsequent failure of the same part or parts will not be required.

In the event of a claim under this warranty

• Contact your authorized dealer.
• Set up a time to return the boat to your authorized dealer.
• Dealer will call STINGRAY to receive authorization number for repairs.
• Upon completion of repair, pay dealer any deductible and moneys due for non-covered items.
• Owner assumes all liability for payment of non-authorized repairs.

IMPORTANT - Do not agree to any repairs until dealer receives claim or authorization number.

Dealers are not agents of STINGRAY. STINGRAY does not authorize any person to create for it any obligation or liability in connection with this boat. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts or the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusions may not apply to you. The laws of the State of South Carolina govern the interpretation and administration of this warranty contract.

IN NO EVENT SHALL STINGRAY BE RESPONSIBLE TO PURCHASER FOR INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR OTHER DAMAGES INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO EXPENSES FOR GASOLINE, MECHANICS TRAVEL TIME, LAUNCH AND HAUL-OUT CHARGES, TOWING CHARGES, RENTAL FOR LIKE PRODUCT WHILE SERVICE IS BEING PERFORMED, TRAVEL, LODGING, LOSS OR DAMAGE TO PERSONAL PROPERTY, LOSS OF USE OF PRODUCT, LOSS OF TIME OR INCONVENIENCE.
