Stingray's new-for-2008 220DR deckboat combines the look and comfort of a sportboat with the seating and amenities
of a deckboat. Its high-profile design makes for dry, comfortable cruising on large bodies of water.
The 220DR offers seating for 11 and plenty of room for all of their gear, clothes, food and beverages. Two table
mounts allow you to snack fore and aft. Bow and cockpit filler cushions convert both areas into sunpads. An enclosed
head, a freshwater sink, bow coolers that drain overboard, bow and stern boarding ladders, and an oversized ski locker
are all standard features on the 220DR.
Some of the features that are often listed as options on other boats include the extended swim platform, snap-in
carpet, filler cushions and a hand-held shower that's pressure-fed from a 17-gallon tank.
The 220DR's performance hull makes it not only stable, but highly maneuverable and sure-footed in turns. Top speed
with a 320 hp Volvo Penta sterndrive is in the mid-50s.
