I purchased a 1985 165 SS as my first boat almost eight months ago. A testament to the craftsmanship is that it had been stored outside without a cover since 1988, and the only thing I had to replace was the wood in the seats. The floor was perfect and all the motor needed was a tune up. After my first couple of trips to the lake, I love it.

Keep up the quality. It pays off years down the road. The boat handles like a dream.
