The following instructions will clear up problems with distorted and fuzzy images due to compression.

• Start AOL
• Select "My AOL" from the menu bar
• Select the "Preferences option"
• Select the "WWW" icon
• Click on the tab labeled "Web Graphics"
• Uncheck the box labeled "Use compressed graphics"
• Click OK

Your other option is to minimize your AOL window (click the underscore box in the top right corner of your AOL window) and open Internet Explorer (if you have it installed on your computer).
